Terms of service

By creating an account or using Aspiro, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Aspiro on behalf of an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these Terms for it. You must be at least 16 years old.

Aspiro provides tools to create resumes and cover letters, score resumes for applicant tracking systems (ATS), generate AI suggestions, discover job listings, and track applications. We may improve, change or discontinue features over time.

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

Aspiro offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan, billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing; you keep Pro features until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Plan limits (such as AI actions per month) are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices for future billing periods with advance notice.

You own the content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display it solely to provide the service to you, including sending it to our AI and infrastructure providers as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to upload it, including any photo you use.

AI-generated suggestions, scores and match ratings are automated estimates. They can be inaccurate or incomplete, and different ATS products behave differently. Review every output before using it, and make sure your resume and applications are truthful.

Aspiro does not guarantee interviews, job offers or any particular outcome.

Job listings come from third-party sources, and we don’t verify or endorse them. Aspiro never submits applications for you: “Apply” opens the employer’s own site, where you complete and submit the application. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their terms.

You agree not to:

• break the law, infringe others’ rights, or upload content that’s unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent or otherwise harmful;
• impersonate others or include false information intended to deceive employers;
• attempt to manipulate, jailbreak or extract the instructions of our AI systems, or plant hidden instructions in documents;
• circumvent plan limits, rate limits or security measures, or probe or disrupt our systems;
• scrape, resell or build a competing service from Aspiro, or use automated means to access it except through features we provide.

Our systems automatically block requests that appear to violate these rules and may temporarily pause AI features on accounts with repeated violations.

You can stop using Aspiro and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for others, with notice where reasonable.

Aspiro is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Aspiro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you’re on the Free plan).

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we’ll give notice by email or in the app before they take effect; continuing to use Aspiro after that means you accept the updated Terms. Questions? Contact support@aspiro.online.
